I have scored 56.13% in my Master's in English. I want to pursue MPhil in Delhi from distance education preferably. I went to IGNOU and they say, they have discontinued or no seats for related course. So, is there any other university for this MPhil in English course? Also if outside Delhi, I can't travel for any exams or certificates in future. So please tell the procedure for admission in Delhi.

Currently there are no universities in Delhi which offers M.Phil (English) in distance (correspondence) education. But there are two universities in Delhi which offers full time courses, it's details are mentioned below.
