I am graduate from Annamalai university which is approved by distance education council,Delhi.Can i appear for upsc exam?

In order to be considered eligible for the examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), candidate must hold degree awarded by university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) and in case of distance education, the degree must be approved by Distance Education Council.
Since you have pursued your bachelors degree program from Annamalai University, you can definitely write examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission as the university is recognized by both Distance Education Council as well as by University Grant Commission.
