I think you have worked as Insurance Agent for 1 year.

This is challenging job with huge targets and so many people don't prefer.

As you are looking for job, LIC AAO job is best.

AAO means Assistant Administrative Officer.

Unlike Agent job, there won't be targets here. You will be involved in policy development discussions, analyzing new plans performance etc.

Every year jobs will be announced for AAO's. You can check their websites.
