sir i am doing b.tech from haryana eng. college affliated through kurukshetra university.i am a general category student and studing in third year computer science. my previous year results are 70%.my father is retired from army and earn pension 10000.i have one brother and two sisters and all are studying in colleges.
sir please tell me about any scholarship which is suitable for me.

According to your given information,you can apply for various scholarships in India.

But there are some rules for selecting you as a scholarship holder.
Some general Rules are as follows:

you can apply in your own college for half-free or full-free of your tuition fees,if your college have this type of facility.

1:You should apply for any scholarship at the time of your Degree starting
Means,if you are admitted in B.Tech in this year then you should apply in this year as well.

2:Your attendance must carry more than 80%.

3:Your family income near about Rs. 10,000/- per year.

4:If your any other brother or sister means any other are studying higher study.

i am a student of iem,kolkata, a self financed institution under WBUT. I have come from a very poor family. i have maintained above 75% in both my 10th and 12th class exam. am i eligible for any schlorship? if yes, please tell me how i will apply

you will not get any scholarship in the btech course.

if you do mtech then you will get scholarschip.

MHRD Scholarship amount for M.Tech Stipend based on GATE score is fully depends on the interview of the candidate.

the amount is varied from 8000/- to 14000/- p.m.

minimum a candidate will get 8000/-p.m.

you may apply for indian oil scholarship and jindal scholar if you have a very good marks. also you may try for your institutional scholar which will provide some concession in tuition fees and other fees. indian oil presently taking application form for the scholarship so apply soon.

You can get scholarship from some state level program as well as some national level scholarship facilities...

I am pleased to inform you that there are various chances of getting scholarships during B.Tech :

1) You can be a coordinator of any event held in your college. The coordinators are rewarded with schoarships for their tremendous work.

2) You can take part in Techfest held in any college or university.

3) If you are the topper of your college then scholarship will be given to you if there is a scheme of such type in your college/university.

4) If you are in the merit list in your district then scholarship will be given to you by the university under which your college belongs.

As per your statement your father is retired you apply in your college retirment plan scheme then their is a chance of mini schoolrship if college recommented ,

one more thing you have one brother and two sister if all you have same college so you get relexation for the fee in the college apply for that also ..
