Re: Veterinary courses eligibility for non-medical students
Hi,
In order to study Veterinary course, you have to study science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So a non-medical student ie., if you are from ARTS or Commerce back ground you will not be able to study this. ==>Veterinary Council of India conducts an "All India Common Entrance examination"(AICEE) for admission to first year Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) & Animal Husbandry (AH) degree course for filling up 15% of the total number of seats of each veterinary college of all states. ==>Normally the exam is conducted every year in the month of May. ==>Course duration of the BVSc & AH varies from four and a half years to five years which includes period of internship. |
