I have done BA distance education from Vinayaka missions Saleem tamil nadu in 2011 to 2013 I Want BEd from IGNOU but I am not confirm that BA Degree is valid or not please guide me

Yes, it is a valid degree as Vinayaka Missions University, (VMU) which is situated in Salem established as Deemed University under Section-3 of the UGC Act, 1956 by MHRD, Government of India in the year 2001. So, you can consider yourself as a graduate and can apply for Bachelor of education course from IGNOU.

As Vinayaka Mission University (VMU) distance education is derecognized by UGC,DEB since 2013-14,the last session for which they have got approval was 2013-14 session and UGC,DEB has black listed VMU you can just google the same.
