What is the admission process for BCS?

i have scored 45% in inter the subjects was computer science,economics,and geography.. can i take admission in bcs

12th passed candidates can apply for BCS. They must have studied mathematics as a subject. Admissions are done on the basis of 12th class marks. Mumbai University, Shivaji University, etc offer admission. Applications can be forwarded through the website of the concerned college.
