Hi Sir, I had applied for my son's admission in ICSE Board school in std 1, Don Bosco Primary School, Patna. My son completing age 31st March 2020, 5 years 20 days. My son's name published in selecting list. But I had checked in school website's as the age limit for std 1 is 6 year completed as on 1st April. What should I do now? Will my son's admission be rejected?

Yes, the age criteria for std 1 admission in Don Bosco School, Patna is 6 years as on 1st of April. You can definitely try next year as this year the name of your son might get rejected.

Cabinet has approved the new Education policy 2020 which includes:-
-5 Years Fundamentals
a)Nursery at 4 years
b)Jr KG at 5 years
c) Sr KG at 6 Years
d)Std 1st at 7 years and so on.

No ,this wont have any issues.You can submit birth certificate,they will consider

My daughter is completing 6 year on december 2020 would she is able to get admission in class 2
