What is tha age limit for OCA candidates to apply form for haryana state government exam and central government exam

The relaxation in upper age limit is of three years for OBC candidates with respect to unreserved category.
So, if you have not mentioned about the specific examination for which you want to appear for the examination then kindly go through the official notification for detail information.

All the candidates irrespective of the category should have achieved the age of 21 years. The upper age limit for the general category is 42 years (except for DSP) as of January 1 of the year of examination. There are relaxation given to the reserved categories in the upper age limit, as per the prevailing government instructions.

Backward class A (BC-A ) and Backward class B (BC-B) of Haryana only : 47 years that means ( 5 years of age relaxation)

Unmarried female candidates of Haryana only : 45 years (3 years of relaxation)

SC/ST of Haryana : 47 years (5 years of age relaxation)
