age required for apply in polytechnics,...please mention to me the age requirement

Eligibility criteria :
1.you must be a citizen of India.
2.Your age should be in between 16-26.
3.should not be a minor.
4. Should have secured academic profession.
5. Must have secured admission on a recognized university.
6. Must have good academic record.
