you can appear for all the exams,but in some exams having mains you should produce your graduation certificate or you can not write the exam,the notification has been out last week .you can have an look in it

you can directly join tamilnadu's various engineering positions by applying to the commissions office......link is http://www.tnpsc.gov.in...you can write the "COMMON ENGINEERING SERVICES EXaMS" conducted by tnpsc
