Usually the pre-medical test is conducted on state as well as on national level.
Now, the application forms of the Pre-Medical Test conducted on state level varies and therefore, it's difficult to provide you the correct schedule of the test you are asking about.
As far as the All India Pre Medical Test is concerned , it is going to be held on 01-04-2012 (Preliminary exam), followed by the main exam which will be conducted on 13-05-2012.
The application form for the same is already available on the official website of AIPMT.
