On what basis does a candidate gets selected in Axis Bank Young Bankers program?
I have a gap of 5 years after my 12th before my B.Com and also 2 years gap after my B.Com. I have now applied for Axis Bank Young Bankers program. Do you think I stand a chance to get selected?

Candidates shall be selected by Axis Bank through a selection process consisting of an online Aptitude test followed by an interview. Aptitude Test: The Aptitude test will be of 2 hour duration and will be administered online.
