What are the benefits of doing Diploma in Railway Engineering?


Sir, I have already completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and now working as a Truck Maintainer - 4. I want to get in Indian Railways. I heard about Diploma in Railway Engineering. Is there any such courses available? Will it be beneficial if I go for that course?
