What are the circumstances under which a candidate would be considered as NRI for EAMCET?

Hi, my son have studied in India from 2nd to 6th grade and will pursue his 11th and 12 grade in India as well. So, will he be considered as Non-NRI at the time of applying for EAMCET examination?

Circumstances for consideration of NRI-
* If a person is outside India for the purpose of employment, carrying on business & vocation circumstances for indefinite period.
* A person who stays in India for less than 182 days during the preceding financial year.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
