I'm a b.sc nursing 3rd year student. And I want to to join Indian Navy after completing my course..so what could I do for that..??

No, you are not eligible to join Indian Navy after completion of your B.Sc. Nursing course.

To be eligible to join Indian Navy, you have to appear in CDS examination which is conducted by UPSC.

No, you are not eligible to join Indian Navy after completion of your BSc nursing course.
To be eligible to join Indian Navy, a candidate must have to appear in Combined Defence Services examination is conducted by UPSC.
Candidates who have passed bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognised University are eligible to appear in this examination.

°°° NO, it is not possible to join Indian Navy after completion of Bachelor of Science in nursing degree course because the minimum educational qualification required to join Indian Navy is graduation in Engineering or science stream and after that a candidate is eligible to appear in Combined Defence Services examination that is conducted by Union Public Service Commission every year.

Apply for UPSC CDS examination.

Prepare for UPSC CDS examination.

Crack CDS examination.

On the basis of CDS score you will be eligible for SSB interview.

If you could crack SSB interview than you are eligible to join NAVY as an officer.

After completing B.Sc. Nursing, you can join Indian Navy through CDS exam.

CDS or Combined Defence Services is a defence exam that is conducted by UPSC.

Important dates for CDS Exam:

• Application process: 4 Aug 2021 - 24 Aug 2021
• Application process withdrawal facility: 31 Aug 2021 - 6 Sep 2021
• Exam date - 14 Nov 2021

Eligibility for CDS exam

• Your age must be between 20-24 years.
• Minimum acceptable height for male is 157 cms.
• Candidates must be graduates or should be in final year of graduation to be eligible for CDS exam.

After B.Sc. Indian navy can be joined through cracking CDS entrance exam. CDS - Combined Defence Service, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II for an entry in to Indian Military Academy, naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy.
