Re: What is the criteria for bank PO exam?
Since different banks may gave different criteria I am giving you a general view that's most common.
1) You must have completed your graduation from a recognized university. The minimum percentage in graduation is 60% for most of the banks Some relaxation of 5 % may be provided to candidates belonging to SC and ST category. 2) you must be a citizen of India. 3) Maximum age allowed is 30 years and minimum is 21 years. Again some relaxation may be provided in the maximum age for the candidates of reserved category. In most of the cases it is 33 years for OBC candidates and 35 years for SC/ST candidates. 4) Maximum number of attempt is as follows- General - 4 attempts ( may be 7 attempts for PWD) OBC - 7 attempts. there may not be any limitation for number of attempts for SC/ST candidates |
