HCL stands for Hindustan Computers Limited. To join HCl you have to appear in HCL Recruitment exam.

Yes ,MCA candidate are applicable for HCL recruitment process.But you have fulfill the below given criteria first .

Those candidate have 65% marks through out in career are eligible for HCL.Pending Backlog candidate are not applicable for this process.Maximum one year gap in through out career are applicable.

Eligible departments are B-TECH , M-TECH ,MCA ,BCA ,B.SC (IT) , M.SC(IT) etc.If you have experience candidate then you are applicable for direct interview process.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR HCL=>

• Aptitude Test.
• Technical Test
• Personal Interview.

>> Candidates must have secured at least 60% in their 10th,12th and B.Tech till their 6th sem or in BCA/B.Sc.(IT) and MCA/M.Sc(IT)

>> candidates must not possess any active backlogs while sitting for the placement..

>> you must not have a study gap of more than 1 year..
