Hi, I have completed my 12th Board exams and scored 42%. Am I eligible to get admission in B.Com in School of Open Learning (SOL), University of Delhi (DU)? What was previous year's cut-off percentage? And, what is the B.Com admission charges and fees structure?

Cut-off for this year or eligibility criteria is candidates must have minimum of 55% aggregate in best four subjects without vocational subject or 60% with vocational subject.
So you are not eligible.
