I belonged SC category, my UPSEE rank is GN-74879, SC-7182. Am I eligible to take admission in Institute of Engineering And Technology, Lucknow to study B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering?

Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow is the state government engineering college located in Uttar Pradesh state and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Admission to B.Tech course will be based on entrance exam UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Entrance). With rank 7182 in UPSEE and belonging to SC category, you may have chances to get admission in B.Tech in Mechanical branch.

AKTU B.Tech Admission Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) in science with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. 5% relaxation applicable for SC/ST categories.
- Admission will be offered on the basis of merit of UPSEE.

Application Process
- Visit the official website of UPSEE.
- Select the course you want to apply
- Click on "Apply" button.
- Read the instructions carefully.
- Click on "Click here to Proceed".
- Fill the basis details in application form.
- Click on "Submit" button.
- Review your application and click on "Final Submit" button.
- Application Number will be generated and note down it.
- Click on "Complete Application Form" button.
- Fill the Personal Details, Education Details, Course applied for etc.
- Upload scanned images of recent passport photograph and signature in specified format and size.
- Click on "Pay Examination Fee" button and make a online payment.
- Print out the confirmation page for future reference.

UPSEE Important Dates
- Registration Starts From : 23rd January, 2019
- Last Date of Registration : 25th March, 2019
- Correction In Application : 16th March to 3rd April, 2019
- UPSEE Exam : 21st April, 2019
- Result Declaration : 3rd June, 2019
- Counselling Starts : 26th June, 2019
