How a B.Sc degree and B.Tech degree differs from each other? What is the duration of each of these degrees? What about a B.Sc in Food Technology and a B.Tech in Food Technology? Which one is better option?

BSc stands for Bachelor of Science and BTech stands for Bachelor of Technology.
However, a candidate pursue BSc in a particular subject like food technology similarly a candidate pursue a bachelor of Technology in a particular subject such as mechanical engineering or chemical engineering depending upon the interest.
