What is the difference between M.Sc Psychology and MA Psychology?

Is it possible to pursue M.Sc in Psychology after pursuing BA in Psychology? or, will I have to MA Psychology only? I heard that M.Sc has more job opportunities than MA. Is it true? What is the actual difference between these M.Sc and MA? Is the syllabus and contents covered in M.Sc Psychology and MA Psychology same?

A master's degree in psychology is the degree of post graduate level, after the completion of an undergraduate degree. MA degree focuses strongly on the studies of liberal arts and theories of the subject. ... MSC degree focus on research and the science behind the brain, behavior, and psychological processes.
