dear friend
The following are the main difference between prokaryote and eukaryote.
Prokaryote:
  1. Most primitive, earliest form of life.
  2. do not have a pre-defined nucleus.
  3. chromosomes are dispersed in the cytoplasm
  4. contain no membrane bound organelles.
  5. Have circular chromosomes and lack hitone protiens.
  6. Most metabolically diverse
  7. small typically 1-5 micrometers in diameter
  8. have a primitive cytosketetal structures or dont have a cyto skeleton at all
  9. smaller(70S) ribosomes.

Eukaryote:
  1. More complex ,evolved organisms.
  2. contain true nuclei in which chromosomes are compacted as chromatin
  3. contain membrane boundorganelles
  4. Have linear DNA and contain histone proteins
  5. larger typically 10-100 micrometers in diameter.
  6. Have a complex cyto keteton.
  7. larger(80S) ribosom

all the best..................
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
