Re: What is the difference between Visual Art and Applied Art?
VISUAL ART VS APPLIED ART:
There is a lot of difference between visual are and applied art,the other one is visual in nature while applied art is the application of design themes. Here's a brief difference about them: Visual Art:- >Here it is primarily visual as you can see the paintings, design, crafts, photography, video, film-making etc. >it includes fine arts, crafts and decorative arts. >Drawing and painting are also included here. Nowadays even computer art are using. Applied art:- >> It is application of design for every day use. >> a cup in the form of rabbit, or table in the form of a tree is an applied art. >> applied art includes film posters or old advertisements. >> It is mainly based on abstract themes with a touch of creativity. Hope this will help you in clarification. Warm wishes, yash |
