what are the different options for doing after completing b.sc in physiology hnours?

can i get the MBBS degree after completing B.Sc in physiology , without joint entrance & without wasting another five years for MBBS COURSE as it is necesary for it through joint entrance . i want to get MBBS degree i.e, a doctor without wasting another five years after completing B.SC in physiology from vidyasagar university. plz reply me as soon as possible its a question of one's carrear.so plz reply fast. thank u
