I am now in MCom final year... can u say me what to do next besides from MBA?????

There are options available for you but any further studies has to be related to the area of your job. such courses which will add value to your knowledge as well as your bio-data. As you have not written anything about your job choices so let me assume few options which will be open before you. If you want to go into accounting field then you can do CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) course.
If you are interested in the IT sector then you can do some courses which interest you, either software engineering or hardware or networking.
If you want to join any school as a teacher then you can do a B.Ed. course.
So friend options depends upon your choices.
