A pass certificate in 12th class is necessary to apply for Fashion designing course. You can pursue B.Sc in fashion designing. 50% marks in +2 is necessary for this. Apart from educational qualifications, one should have creative ability so as to go for this course. You should qualify CET to get selection for the same. Top institutes which offer courses in this subject area are NIFT, NID, JJ school of Arts, Arch School of Design etc.
