I studied BBA 2006 TO 2009 THROUGH DDE and due to illness I could not complete my degree. Subsequently I joined a multinational company and I working last 5 years. As i am not a graduate most of the time i loose my promotion chances. Now I decided to take up a correspondence course to obtain a UG degree.

Kindly advise me what to do and in what way you help me in this regard.

It's totally fine that you had to leave your degree without completing it.

You just have to apply in any college of your choice which have vacancies of the same course. Show them your marksheets and they will give you the entry to the final year of the course directly.

You have to complete the final year only, to get your graduation degree.

What to do in order to obtain UG degree?
If you really want UG degree you need to take admission in college and take admission to complete UG Degree which is suitable for your job . Now a days upgrad is very popular you can take your UG degree from there.

You will have to register again for graduation because after 5 years the degree is not valid.

You can re-start from the last year you have completed. It is better to communicate the college or university you want to enter. They will tell what are the required documents.

After a long gap you can't continue your degree .You will have to register again for graduation because after 5 years the degree is not valid.

As far as your are concerned about rejoining your graduation degree course which your have quitted in 2009, then it is not possible as the maximum duration allowed for completion of any degree course is six years from the date of enrollment to the same course.

So, if you are interested in getting UG (Under Graduation) degree, then you can make a new start by taking new admission in any correspondence course of your interest across universities like IGNOU, NSOU, YCMOU, Annamalai, etc. .

To obtain an undergraduate degree you can join distance mode learning education. You can enroll yourself and can study side by side of your job, by this way you can complete your graduation and then get the promotion as well in your job. What to do in order to obtain UG degree?

To study for a bachelor's degree, you will need to have the qualifications which meet the entrance requirements for the course you wish to study. Most bachelor's degrees ask for at least two A levels at grade E or above (or equal grades in other qualifications).

You have to complete 3 years of course study will entitle you to a UG degree. But completing all 4 years will earn you a 4 year multidisciplinary UG degree.

UG is an acronym for undergraduate which is done immediately once one have completed the 12th standard. It is a for providing students with bachelor degree. It generally takes three years to complete.

Steps to get admission in distance degree program:-

> Select the universities and programs you want to pursue.

> Check admission deadlines.

> Complete the online application.

> Prepare for the admission interview.

> Go through the enrollment process.

You are not eligible to continue your previous course and have to take admission from the fresh and nothing to do with the previous course as crossed the maximum duration to complete the degree.

Distance course is valid and so you can pursue the course in correspondence.

You are eligible to get admission in the correspondence mode.

Candidates from correspondence are eligible to pursue the course. You are not eligible to complete your previous course.

You can continue your degree course where you left with your past enrollment number by Taking Re-Admission in DDU. You Have login on DDE website With your past Enrollment Number and Apply for Re-Admission To Continue Your Course.

Online applications are invited for admission to various courses of UG and PG through correspondence .

Students or working professional , who had to discontinue their studies can now enroll for distance graduation .
