which documents required for registration for cs foundation ?

The minimum educational qualification required for the admission of Company Secretary Course Foundation Programme is passing of 10+2. The attested photo copies of 10+2 Mark sheet or intermediate/equivalent should be send as a proof showing minimum educational qualification. Students registering provisionally can submit the proof showing that the candidate has applied for 10+2 examination preferably hall ticket or a proof equivalent to that stating he/she is writing 10+2 final exam. All documents along with the prescribed fee should be handed over to nearest ICSI chapter or send to Regional ICSI office. The applications should be sending on or before prescribed dates.

For CS you must be Graduated and your age must be within 21 to 32 years. and there is also applicable relaxation in upper age according to government rules.

Does a soft copy of hall ticket of 12th board exams is required or we have to just give or roll number for cs registration ?

I want to ask that now I am in class 12th and I want to appear in CS Foundation exam in june-july. Is I am eligible to register in December?
And I dont have 10 2 marksheet but I will be appearing for 12th board exams this year.
