My BDS internship from Santosh University will complete in August, 2019. I came to know that I have to register myself for job in DMC after getting provisional degree of BDS. Sir, please tell me the full procedure of registration. Can I register in Delhi. Or, I have to go Lucknow personally? What are the documents required for registration etc?

ID proof
Residential proof
Category/Caste certificates
Education certificate
Age proof
Disability Certificate: If the candidates are differently abled then they have to submit the disability certificate.
Sports Quota: If the candidate is applying under the sports category then the candidate has to submit the sports Quota certificate,

Photos
Other documents: In some cases, domicile certificate and medical examination certificate scanned signature documents is required.
