Bank Clerical examination generally conducted by State Bank of India(SBI) and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) from time to time as per their requirement.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SBI BANKING CLERK EXAM:- -The candidate must be an Indian Citizen -Should have either completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board with 60% marks or have completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University. -Should be within the age of 18 to 28 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. -Should be a computer literate one. The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview. The written exam is based on objective type questions from the subjects like:- -Reasoning -English Language -Numerical Ability -General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry -Computer Knowledge The Bank Clerical exam can be applied through on line. Eligibility to appear for the exam of SBI for the post of clerk--
Educational Qualification (as on 01.08.2012) i) Minimum 12th Standard (10 + 2) pass or equivalent qualification with a minimum of aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS). OR ii) A degree (Graduation level) from a recognised university. Age: (As on 01.08.2012) i. Minimum Age : 18 years ; Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 01.08.2012). Candidates born not earlier than 02.08.1984 and not later than 01.08.1994 good luck |

selecting the best staff as Clerical cadre for their bank . Maximum work load is up on Clerk as you can see practically . so if you are interested then you must qualify some criteria for it as they are given below : >> age must be 18 to 28 years >> 12th std with minimum 60% aggregate in any discipline from a recognized board ( for SC/ST/PWD - 55% aggregate ) OR >> Graduation with minimum 40% aggregate in any discipline from a recognized university ( for SC/ST/PWD - 35% aggregate) OR >> Diploma course of two years study with minimum 60% aggregate not through correspondence from a recognized institute . Eligibility criteria You should have completed 12th in any stream from a recognised board with 60% marks. or, You have completed graduation in any stream from recognised University. Your age must be between 18 to 28 years. You must be a citizen of India. The selection process consists of written exam and Interview. Eligibilty Criteria for the SBI Clerical exams
is 12th Pass with Minimum 60% marks for General and OBC candidates Minimum 45% marks for the SC/ST/PWD candidates or Graduation Pass Age should be between minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years SC/ST gets 5 years and OBC gets 3 years age relaxations. Since you have less than 60% marks in 12th Class, you are not eligible for the SBI exams. I would suggest that do your graduation and try to score more than 60% marks in your graduation. Also you can start preparing for these entrance exams from now only. Questions will be asked from below sections in the SBI exams: >> Reasoning >> Quantitative Aptitude >> General Awareness >> General English >> Marketing Aptitude/Computer Knowledge After passing 12th you can give the SSC combined 12th level exams. |
