Sir, I belong to BC caste which falls under OBC caste category. So, can I apply for IBPS examination? Is there any reservation or relaxation is available for OBC candidates?

IBPS is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It conducts entrance examination for recruitment in banking jobs.

The required minimum qualification to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit varies with examination.

Eligibility of appearing in IBPS examination are as follows:-
Candidate must have completed their graduation in any of the stream from a recognized university.
Candidate age should be 21 years to 28 years for clerk and 30 years for PO.
Age relaxation- 02 years for OBC candidates.
Percentage criteria- 50% aggregate and 5% relaxation to OBC candidates.
