I have done my Diploma in Pharma recently and was looking to apply for Drug Inspector Post? Am I eligible to apply? What is the minimum educational qualifications requirements for the Post of Drug Inspector?

No, diploma in pharmacy is not eligible to appear in Drug Inspector examination.

To appear in Drug Inspector examination you must have a minimum bachelor degree in pharmacy.

So, you will become eligible to appear in the examination after completion of a bachelor degree in pharmacy.

The examination is conducted by state public service commission. So, age limit varies with state.

Candidates have to qualify for written and interview for final selection

The educational qualification required for the SPSC examination or Drug Inspector post mentioned below:-

1. Candidates must have completed their bachelor degree in any stream from any recognised college or, university.

2. Final year candidates are also eligible for this examination.

3. Nationality:- Indian.

4. Age limit:- Age limit varies from state to state.

5. Age Relaxation:- 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
