the interview will consists of different rounds based on the company u apply it varies most of the software companys has aptitude almost all core company has technical round.

The exam pattern depends on company to company and experience based......
Most of the company take aptitude for fresher..
and take aptitude and technical for experience person...
But this even vary from company to company.
Note::if you are fresher concentrate on aptitude and if you are experience concentrate on both

cts has aptitude and technical plus hr likewise different company has different process.just search companies prev paper..

The interview and the selection process varies from company to company.

They will shortlist the candidates based on your aggregate.

Generally there will be an aptitude test.
If you qualify in aptitude then there will be a technical round and finally HR interview.

These may differ from one company to other.
