What is the exam pattern of IELTS? Previous year papers?


I am 12th passed student from a CBSE school with overall 82% (Biology-93, Physics-84, Chemistry-72, English-90 and Mathematics-69). I am planning to do Nursing in Austrilia for that I need IELTS band score 6.5 overall with no band less 6. Will IELTS exam be difficult for me to score the above mentioned band score? What is the IELTS exam syllabus and question pattern? Please reply as soon as possible.
