FCI (Food Corporation of India) recruits various posts under Assistant Grade III.

Selection Stages

Exam Pattern
Online Test comprises of Phase I and Phase II. Phase I shall be common irrespective of posts.

Phase I
- English Language : 30 Questions, 30 Marks, 20 Minutes
- Reasoning Ability : 35 Questions, 35 Marks, 20 Minutes
- Numerical Aptitude : 35 Questions, 35 Marks, 20 Minutes

Phase II

Paper I Only - For AG III (General) and AG III (Depot)

Paper III Only - For Typist Only

Paper V Only - For Steno Grade II

Paper I and II - For Junior Engineer (Electrical, Civil and Mechanical), AG III (Account) and AG III (Technical)

Paper III and IV - For AG II (Hindi)


Paper I
- 120 Questions
- Duration - 90 Minutes
- Questions will be from General Aptitude consisting of reasoning, general intelligence, english language, computer proficiency, general awareness, current events, data analysis, data interpretation etc.

Paper II
- 180 Questions
- Duration - 60 Minutes
- 60 questions from respective engineering discipline.
- 60 questions from commerce particularly from general accounting and finance.
- 60 questions from agriculture, zoology, botany, physics and chemistry.

Paper III
- 120 Questions
- 90 Minutes
- Questions will be from general hindi, general english, general awareness, general intelligence and computer knowledge etc.

Paper IV
- It will be subjective type paper.
- Duration - 90 Minutes
- 2 Passage translation from hindi to english and vice versa.

Paper V
- 120 Questions
- 90 Minutes
- Questions will be from general english, general intelligence, general intelligence and computer knowledge etc.
