To say your clearly The earning capacity depends on the factors like In which field you want to work in software or BPO companies. If in software the earning potential is initially low but will increase with the increase of your experience. This is not the case with BPO call center jobs these pays will be constant On a whole we can expect a minimum basic salary of 18-20 k initially as a fresher but you will get upto 75-80k max after gaining 3-4 years of experience conditions apply for these figures you should be a good knowledgable person in your field you should have good talent for what you are being recruited and so on you should invent something new in your own style then your goal will be reached easily. CSE students can get good salary in various field i.e software industries, web designing organization , film industry(animation) etc.. friend Earning of salary depends upon ones skill, or the extra ordinary quartiles one have in respective ground, A computer engineering students having good knowledge in programing language (i.e C++, java , .net, html etc) can easily get easily job in software industries with minimum of Rs 15000/- to 25000/- monthly basis. But if you have some other important qualities/experience then your demand in market rises fetching you approximation of 75 to 95 lacks package per annam. |

Re: What is the expected salary after B.Tech(CSE)?
BTech(IT) and BTech(Computer Science) are two similar fields. The expected salary will depend on factors such as:
1.The college from where you complete your Bachelors degree: If you complete it from IITs, you stand a chance of earning 70 lakhs+ an annum (Facebook recruited a Computer science student last year for 77 lakhs a YEAR and invited him to Palo Alto, US). Also BITS Pilani had a similar placement of 44 lakhs for a BTech fresher. So if you're from a college such as IIT, NIT, BITS then you can expect more out of the campus placements. Even though it comes down to your skills and personality, you really must be an extra ordinary student to get such placements. 2.Your grades, capabilities and communication skills: These factors come into account when you apply for an off campus/ walk in interview for a job. It is then totally on you. YOUR grades throughout your academic career, YOUR smartness, YOUR intelligence, everything you have is what you will be payed for. Nothing more or nothing less. 3.Company you work for: Mostly the pay package varies from company to company. Giants such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft etc. have a worldwide presence and thus hire few students and pay handsomly. On the other hand the smaller companies hire in number but pay an average salary. Companies which hire IT graduates in chunks are:
Companies which hire only handful students but pay heavily:
Good luck |

Re: What is the expected salary after B.Tech(CSE)?
Hai,
Its purely based on your skill set and talent you will perform in the interview conducted by that particular company. If you are highly talented then you will get awesome salary. We can't judge the salary for you based on your B.Tech degree,College brand name and CPGA. College brand name and CPGA will help you only to a particular extent i.e.., to attend the interview or written exam. As you are a CSE student you should have some of these qualities to get a nice job:- Excellent Programming Skills Communication Skills Technical Knowledge Leadership Qualities etc.., As your only B.Tech graduate that to as a fresher you can get salary between 3-5 lakh per annum for companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Microsoft, Oracle etc.., All the best.. |

after completing b.tech in computer science, you will be having very good job opportunities. there are many multinational companies hiring computer engineers. companies like tcs, tech mahindra, infosys, are giving very good jobs and salaries. initially, you will not earn much. the starting salary of a computer engineer ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 rs. but once you gain experience of 2 to 3 years, your salary range will increase with a minimum of 50,000 rs per month. so, don't worry. it is a very good branch of engineering to go for. good luck |
