M.Phil is equivalent to masters and it is done in many fields like Literature, music, computer science and management etc. Fee varies from college to college where government colleges will have less fee and private colleges will have more fee. It also depends on the course or subject you want to do M.Phil with.

M.Phil with CS and management have more fee than literature. For that you need to check college to college but mainly for doing this course fee ranges from 25000 to 15000 per semester plus 5000 caution fee which you will submit in first year and which will be refunded to you after completion of the course.
