Sir, I have passed my 10th exam and I want to join NDA after 12th Science with PCM subjects. I want to know what is the physical training required for me while doing my studies of 11th and 12th and from where I can get this training and what is required physical fitness for eg. height, chest, running etc.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy. Its a defence exam that you can appear while studying 12th standard or after passing it.

To crack NDA exam, you will have to crack two stages i.e.

• Written Test
• SSB Interview

For Written Test, you just have to clear two papers i.e. General Ability Test and Mathematics.
While for SSB Interview, you will have to go through special training required for clearing SSB Interview.

In case, if you are joining any coaching for cracking NDA exam, then it would be better decision as they train candidates accordingly. There are many coaching institutes nationwide that train candidates for defence exams like NDA, CDS, etc. You can join anyone of them while completing your 11th and 12th standard.
