starting post is Flight Lieutenant. Then,
Squadron Leader,
Wing Commander,
Group Captain,
Air Commodore.

Navy :
Sub - Lieutenant,
Lieutenant,
Vice - Admiral,
Admiral.

Army :
Lieutenant,
Captain,
Brigadier,
Major General.
