I scored overall 6 band in IELTS but I got 5 in speaking and 5.5 in writing. Will I be able to get admission in Australian Universities with this score band? Or, do I need to write the IELTS again and score more?

In general- to study in Australia, you need to score a minimum 6.5 overall in IELTS, with no band less than 6.0 for your postgraduate options. And when you apply for your undergraduate options, you need to score a minimum 6.0 overall in IELTS.

But some universities in Australia accept applications from students who have secured a band of 5.5 in any of the sections of IELTS – either speaking, listening, reading or writing.
