What is the income bar of father and mother to be eligible for OBC Non-Creamy certificate?

My both parents i.e. father and mother are private employees but salaries having 8 lakhs and 3 lakhs respectively. Am I eligible to get Non-Creamy layer certificate under OBC category? What is the standard income limit? Can I show only father's income or only mother's income?

In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
That very family will be getting a certificate of OBC non-creamy layer. The person belonging to the non-creamy OBC category will be enjoying all the benefits and will be getting the relaxation of age in competitive exams as well.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
