Job opportunities after b tech...please give me the details for the same

After completing B.Tech you can get a job in public/private sector. It depends on the subject you have studied and your level of professional competency. In general B.tech holders can join to engineer positions in PSU like CONCOR, IOCL and BHEL. It is possible for them to join as Specialist Officer in banks. They can get to engineering services by qualifying IES exam.

There are a HUGE number of job opportunities once a candidate becomes an Engineer. Though you have not mentioned you are a B.Tech in which branch, I would still give you the best options available. See from your post, its very clear that you are not having any plans of studying any further.. So talking of the job opportunities, first of all I would highlight the IT Sector.

Top IT Companies in India are :-
TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL, Accenture, and many others. So these companies are usually mass recruiters and they conducted placement drives throughout the year in various parts of the country. So you can well try in these companies for IT Jobs irrespective of your B.Tech stream. As per the common Eligibility Criteria, you should be a minimum graduate in B.E/B.Tech from a recognized college or university with over 60% aggregate in it with no pending arrears.

There are government jobs open in the PSU's in which you can find scope. You should apply for the GATE - Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and then based on your performance in that you can get calls from the PSU's though the competition is stiff.

There are Banking jobs always open for the posts of Clerks and Probationary Officers. You can apply for the IBPS PO/Clerical and SBI PO/Clerical entries and make a career in the banking sector..

Other Government jobs are AFCAT for Air Force, CDS for Defense, SCRA, IPS, IAS, i.e Civil Services, and others such..
Of course doing MBA would also fetch you much more jobs, So try for that if working is not urgent for you as of now..

There are many career prospects and the job options which are available for the B.Tech course of study.There are both the government jobs and also the private job options which are available and you can get in to any of these sectors after completing your B.Tech course of study.

1. UPSC Civil Services-
After completing your Bachelor of technology you can apply for the civil services such as the IAS/IPS and it needs any bachelor degree to be completed for appearing to the civil services examinations

every company give preference to the employee who have completed B.tech
person are easily hired after completing their B.tech.

so,you must have 70%+ in your final degree of B.tech to get hired easily.
percentage less than this will make it tough to get you hired.
