Sorry to say but unfortunately you have crossed the date for filling the application form as the date was :-

AIIMS 2013 Online Application Form:- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) invites application from eligible aspirants for admission to Post Graduate, Post Doctoral and PH.D programme January 2013 session.
All interested and suitable candidates those who fulfil eligibility criteria may apply online through AIIMS official online website www.aiimsexams.org latest on 15th October 2012.

Important dates to remember AIIMS entrance exam –
Date for MD/ MS/ M.Ch (6 years)/ MDS exam – 18.11.2012
Date for DM/ M.Ch/ MHA exam – 16.12.2012
Date for PH.D programme exams – 20.01.2013

Important dates to register online applications –
Starting date for online registration – 17.09.2012
Online registration closing last date – 15.10.2012
