The last date of registration for the company secretary course, to appear for the examination, to be conducted in the month of December 2012 is as follows:

Foundation Program- 31-03-2012
Executive Program- 28-02-2012

If you are a graduate, you are eligible to register for the Executive Program, whereas, if you have just qualified higher secondary examination,i.e. +2, you will have to register for the Foundation Program of Company Secretary course.
