I am studying in class 12th and would like to appear for CLAT 2010. I would like to know the latest syllabus , changes if any in the entance tests. Further I would like to be informed on admission details for entrance exams of Army Institute of Law , Mohali , Punjab.

Pattern of Delhi University LL.B Entrance Test
The Entrance Test Paper will have 175 Objective Type Questions with Multiple Choice Answers on:
1. English Language Comprehension
2. Analytical Abilities (Reasoning)
3. General Knowledge (GK)
All sections may not have equal number of questions.

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an admission test to get admission in BA LLB programs. Its entrance test is of 2 hours containing 200 objective type questions from the following sections :

English with comprehension - 40 question
General Awareness - 50 question
Elementary Mathematics - 20 questions
Legal Aptitude - 45 question
Logical Reasoning - 45 question


Admission to BA LLB in Army Institute of Law, Punjab is made on the basis of CET Law examination which is conducted by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. This entrance test is conducted every year in the month of June - July. Admission notice of Army Institute of Law is published in selected newspapers in the month of March/ April. So, keep your awareness up-to-date.

The exam will be held on May 09, 2010. There is no change in syllabus as compared to CLAT 2009.

-Passed 10+2 examination with atleast 50% aggregate marks(45% for reserved categories). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2010 can also apply.

Educational Qualification:-

• A 12th pass out certificate and 45% of marks in aggregate at 10+2 level. (For General and OBC Category).
  
• There is 5% relaxation for the reserved category candidates (SC/ST and PWD Candidates). They need 40% of marks.
  
• Final year students are also eligible to give this examination.

Age Criteria:-

The upper age limit of this exam varies from one category to the other:-

• General and OBC Category: 20 years
• SC/ST and PWD Candidates: 22 years
