Hi, I am planning to do Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology from YBN University, Ranchi. But, I heard that this university is not approved by AICTE and not recognized by UGC. Is it true? Is this Diploma valid?

Yes, as per many educational sites, YBN university is approved by AICTE.

You can visit UGC's official site to view YBN university status. Here, it is mentioned that committee had visited YBN University few years ago.

***What is heard is not always true,for that you need to directly approach to the admin site or gather information from the passed out student,reviews.
