What is the LLB cut-off to be eligible for JMFC preliminary examination?

Hi, I have completed my LLB with 50% overall marks & I belong to General caste category. So, now am I eligible to write the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) preliminary examination? And, when is the upcoming JMFC preliminary examination going to be conducted for 2020 session?
