My son was studying in 3rd standard in CBSE Board's affiliated school. Now we are planing to change to another school. New school management is not issuing admission application because of under age by 4 months. My son's date of birth is 27th July, 2012. Whether is he eligible for admission to IV standard in CBSE affiliated Schools or not?

CBSE has not released the notification regarding the age limit to get admission in the Std 4th in a CBSE affiliated school.

The required age limit to get admission in the course is decided by the Directorate of State Education.
