How much time,i can give nda exam? what is the maximum age to join national defence academy at khadakvasla or I M A Dehradun?
what is the maximum age to select in NDA?

National Defence Academy(NDA) entrance exam is conducted twice every year by UPSC for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The maximum age for NDA is 19 years while the minimum age of entry is 16.5 years with no upper age relaxation for any reserved candidate.

Apart from this the candidate must be an unmarried Indian male candidate only having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board with good Physical and Mental physique.

As your date of birth is 21/10/1995, you are now 17 years and is eligible to apply for NDA-I & NDA-II 2013 after completion od 12th.

Eligibility For NDA

National Defense Academy Exam is conducted by the UPSC for recruitment to the following wings :-

>> Air Force Wing
>> Army Wing
>> Navy Wing

A candidate is eligible for appearing for NDA if :-

>> The candidate is an unmarried male..

>> The candidate must be less than 16.5-19 years of age..

>> The candidate must also be either appearing for 12th boards or must have already cleared the 12th boards..

Note :- There is no restriction on the number of attempts you can make for NDA..

The NDA is conducted in April and August..

The next NDA Exam is going to be conducted on 7th April,2013..

The forms shall be available from 2nd February,2013 to March,2013..
